Marty Dever the svc advisor greeted me at the drive through and was great to work with. All work was accomplished in a timely manner (oil change, tire rotation, and coolant flush). However, after paying and getting my truck keys I looked for my wheel lug lock and could not find it in the console or glove box. So, I started back inside to ask someone to find it and saw it sitting on my step bar under the rear passengers (drivers side door). I checked and it fit my wheel locks so I assume it was mine. I went back in and notified the cashier. So, glad I thought to check and look for it before leaving. Had I driven off it surely would have been lost and possibly left me stranded with no ability to change a flat tire. Also these things are not cheap or quick to replace. So please tell/train your techs to check and make sure these are returned. They should have a checklist and if the do they obviously are not following it. It also makes me question how thorough the rest of the work was done. Otherwise I usually have good experience with Bruce Lowry maintenance. Hope this was just a "one off".

I have garage kept that car for him until he had a place of his own, to keep the car. Finally, my grandson has a place of his own, with a garage. At last, he is coming to Fort Worth, from Durango, Colorado to pick up his Corvette. I needed to get this car to place he can drive the car home safely and without mechanical difficulty. Your Service department got this car in tip top shape. I know your service people went that extra mile, to have this car ready in time for my grandson to take home. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Herman Martinez and all the good people at Bruce Lowrie for getting this job done.

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional took my truck in for service they left 3 Lugs off my rear right tire. Very dangerous I was wondering why my truck wasn’t driving the same. When I brung it back to tell them they said oh well let us see. They still made me pay I feel like there should have been a discount or something some type of deal but instead they talked crazy to me said I wasn’t leaving without paying followed me to my truck saying . I give them thumbs down.

My appointment was at 9:00AM for an oil change. I waited 2.5 hours before my car was worked on and ready. I have prepaid oil changes, but was still charged an additional $20, which has never happened in the past. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. If I could transfer my prepaid oil changes someplace else, I would, or be refunded for what I’ve already paid in advance.

Had to go back a second time to get steering wheel re-centered after a wheel alignment. The results of the two alignments seemed to be significantly different. Not sure what was done the first time, but the second alignment said they were reset to GM factory specs.

I usually give a five star review, but this time I was in for my 15k service on my Silverado. I was at the dealership for about two hours, and I didn't mind the wait. After I left the dealership, my check engine light came on as I was pulling up to the house. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership, and I will say they jumped right on it. It took about 10 minutes, and I was back on the road. This issue, including drive time, added another hour to my total experience. They never explained why the light came on or if it was their fault, but I bet it was something they didn't do properly.

The only positive I can see is the vehicle is very nice. Communication is severely lacking in this company with your Sales Team and Finance team. I sat in Brian's office for hours on Saturday to only be told GMF did not respond or pick up the credit application for the Lease. I called two times Monday as no one called me back. Once they finally brought the vehicle up, the salesperson and another person sat in the vehicle for 20-30 minutes. I had no idea what was going on and my level of frustration is peaking. I find out after another 15 minutes, something had to be reset on the back camera. Not sure why no one could update me. It is highly unlikely I will ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will direct my family and friends to Classic in Grapevine or Friendly Chevrolet. Their sales team and overall experience is much better. Unfortunately, this dealer was the only place that had the vehicle I wanted.

The responsiveness from the manager and customer service were excellent while my vehicle was being serviced. However, the service to my vehicle has caused my car to now slip and lunge forward multiple times while I’m driving, which never happened before. My engine light has still remained and has been on since 7/24, two days after the service was completed. My car is now driving worse than it was before and one of the main reasons I had my vehicle serviced, the check engine light being on, was not fixed so I am not even able to pass inspection which is due this month in order for my vehicle registration to be renewed this month (8/25). I am not happy with the outcome of my vehicle service.

I was given a complimentary oil change by the service manager due to poor service during my last visit. Before coming in, I called ahead to confirm the free oil change was noted in the system. I was told it was, and an appointment was scheduled. When I arrived, I verified again in person at drop-off that the oil change would be free. They confirmed they saw the note. Two hours later, I get called to the service desk — not to pick up my vehicle, but to pay $115 for the oil change. I explained the situation again. The service desk attendant asked, “Well, who told you that?” As if I hadn’t just explained it. She called over to the service advisors, and they claimed they didn’t see any note. At this point, I’m frustrated and ready to leave. Then — and only then — another seasoned employee overhears, walks over, and miraculously finds the comment in the system confirming the oil change was indeed free. So let’s break this down: • I called ahead ✅ • I reconfirmed in person ✅ • I was still asked to pay ❌ • And only when I pushed back did someone “find” the note ✅ Fool me once, it’s an accident. Fool me twice, it’s a pattern. This is the second time this dealership has overpromised and underdelivered. There won’t be a third. This is the last time I waste my time or energy messaging or coming back. Trust is earned, and you’ve lost mine.

Repair service was pretty good. Only had a couple complaints. Vehicle had oil change service and some front end repair 2 days earlier. Vehicle ran good for rest of the afternoon. Next day battery went out at my home. Replaced battery vehicle ran for bout one hour. Stalled and wouldn't start. Vehicle was towed to dealership for repair. Diagnosed bad alternator and spark plug wires needed replacement. Repairs were made and the 8 old sparks plugs were left outside in the windshield wiper tray and was never told they were left there. Found them after I had driven home from the dealership. Thankfully no damage occurred. Thanks again for your service.

My experience was mostly positive. My service advisor was Jose Fernandez, who did an outstanding job. One of the technicians working under him was extremely alert and spotted something important that needed to be addressed, and Jose brought it to my attention. The whole thing cost a great deal more than I had anticipated spending, but they also pointed out that I had a great many points built up, which lowered the cost considerably. The work took longer than anticipated, so they dealership paid for me to take a Lyft home and back. The only reason I am not giving this visit 5 stars is the young woman who sits at a desk near the door of the customer area, finalizing paperwork. She was pleasant and helpful, but one thing happened that bothered me. I told her that on my previous visit, in December, as I waited for work to be completed on my car, a young woman had bought me a service writeup and told me I needed a new battery, even though mine had been replaced only a few months before. I looked at the service writeup, and it wasn't even mine! It was for another customer, sitting a few feet away. His middle name was my first name. I mentioned this to the young woman, and she actually volunteered that it must have been her who did that, and perhaps it was. What concerned me was that she never actually said "Oh, I'm sorry sir, and I'll be more careful." Instead, she simply smiled and said "Oh well, I guess that happens sometimes," and that was all she had to say. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and tends to confirm my overall impression of car dealership employees: that they are heedless and unprofessional. I mean, she had brought me SOMEONE ELSE'S work order to approve, and, when this was pointed out to her, simply said, "I guess that happens sometimes." It's too bad, because, except for that, this visit was remarkably good in the aspects that I have mentioned above. But I often feel, when dealing with car dealership employees--not just this one but other dealerships in other cities, as well--that if I am not standing over them every second, monitoring what they do, there's no telling what might happen, and, if a problem is pointed out to them, they might just shrug it off. I am 73, and in a few years, I will stop driving anyway. I will be VERY glad when I don't have to deal with car dealership employees any more. I don't need the worries, and I don't care for the unprofessional attitudes.

Did not like the price for a flush and do not understand why I have to pay for a software update when the truck is only 4 years old. Also my invoice did not show a breakdown on the labor price for each thing performed on my truck. It only showed the total amount of the labor cost which doesn’t tell me how much each thing cost. My truck was turned in dirty from the inside and you guys could have at least done a courtesy wash. My truck was ready 4 days before I picked up there should be no excuse as to why there wasn’t time to wash and clean the inside of it. Will definitely never go back to this dealership again. I have bought a few vehicles from Bruce Lowrie and owned over 10 Chevrolets in my lifetime. This is the first time that I have been very disappointed with the service and the product.

my car was held in your location for a month, at the beginning i was told that i would get it within two weeks, i had brought this car for overheating, i had change radiator, fan, thermostat and housing and also sensor for fan, this car would only overheat in the highway after 30 min being driven.. but after a month, after calling many times you guys told me that my car hadn't been looked up because you guys were behind, so i gave you guys many calls and you guys got to my car, unfortunately i was given a poor diagnosis, you guys came up saying that it was the head gasket issues. but i don't agree because of my car not overheating from the beginning. other mechanics have agree is not the head gasket related because then my car would be overheating all of the time.. so i did tell that to the service manager, but with arrogance i was told that he stand his certified mechanics. and i still was charged so if i wouldn't had said anything to the mechanics, then they would not had come up with that head gasket issue.. so i waited a full month to hear what i was told, so i don't agree with the head gasket issue.. i had cars before with issues of head gasket before and i know it was does, the overheating its constant and not just after 30 min and my car still runs.. in other words i feel i was charge 210 for just nothing.. so i did a bad review on your dealership because of the poor diagnose.. and i urge people not to take it to your dealership

Luis Maranda was my service advisor. He was extremely nice and very efficient on listening to a problem I had with my "right door stop device". I am sorry I did not remember his service manager name who also came out to look at the problem. After a very short discussion they found the problem and fixed the problem (a loose bolt) in a couple of minutes. While they were looking to find the problem they found the right window would did not close properly. I told them that a vandal had smashed that window and cause serious damage on my car last fall. Bruce Lowrie had the repaired all the damage. But evidently the new window was misaligned They tried the normal fix, however, it did not work. They set me up with an appointment for the next morning. The next morning my my window was realigned and appears to be working properly. I was not charged for either repair since it was due to the repair work done last fall. I thought I was going to have to argue, but Bruce Lowrie had done the proper thing. I belong to a 2021 Corvette and I will recommend Bruce Lowrie to my Corvette Club and any other folks that is looking to be treated correctly. "YOU FOLKS DONE GOOD" Thank you, Robert Williams

This was just an oil change service appointment using a dealer coupon. I had some confusion when I first arrived as many service centers greet you in your car. Someone finally told me that at this dealership, you need to exit your car and enter the office for service. The procedure took about an hour, as promised. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They also checked the inflation on the car's tires and would have rotated the tires if I had not just had that done elsewhere.

2 oil changes ago, I needed an alignment along with an oil change. I was informed that my truck was ready for pick up. When driving off, I quickly realized the alignment had not been done at all and I was still charged for it. The individual working on my truck stated he assumed my truck did not need it because of the manufactured year. Had I not taken my vehicle back, I would have been charged for a service that was not completed. This incident made me very late for work and cost me $400 in lost time. At the end of it, the service advisor said the best he could do was put a free car wash on file for me. I told him I wasn’t satisfied with that but he put it on there anyway. Now with this latest service, the inspection stated I needed to have my engine filter and cabin filter replaced. However, I replaced them myself within these past months. This leads me to doubt if my vehicle was actually inspected. I am now forced to question the integrity and honesty of the service department of Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet.

Not the greatest experience. I submitted our credit application on a Saturday, Monday I was being told there wasn't one as it was in a different location their computers weren't seeing. After that no communication from anyone, I reached out multiple times to the finance team and finally was told that our loan was approved on Wednesday, but the interest rate would be 8.34% I asked if he shopped it out and he (Roberto) said negative this is the rate you get. I shopped it on my own and received a rate at 6.39%, this rate shopping should have been done by the finance team to get the best deal for the customer. I asked upon documents being filed to send them to me via docusign and that was not done as they apparently had computer problems. I asked multiple times for wiring instructions so that I could send the down payment electronically and that was never done. I advised on the Thursday we signed I would have a cashiers check on Saturday and the management staff called me 4-times to get the payment.This has been a very unsatisfying experience and I do not anticipate going back to this dealership..

I have gone to Bruce Lowrie since 2017. I know things are "different" because of 2020-21; however, not everything has to be. I use to be able to be in and out for an oil change,... and if there was something wrong with my car, they would let me know and could fix it that day. To have to wait 2 hours for an oil change and then be told what I need done I would have to wait 3 weeks to get a diagnostic then another week to fix it...smh. No. Oil change and rotation was around $60 with short wait time; now it's $107 with at least 2 hour wait time. Also, I had over 11,000 points that when I called to schedule the appointment, the assistant said, I could use the points to get a free oil change. I go and was told I could only use $99.67... All this to say that appointment was my last visit to Bruce Lowrie.

Had an issue with Car Battery not holding charge. I charged battery at home, so I could get to the dealer, but of course that meant the battery was fully charged when I arrived. Martin Devers my service person, kept me informed on all the work the team were doing to check on anything drawing on the battery and then running tests on the battery. He called me three times during the day, which kept me informed and made me feel like a valuable customer, which was awesome. I also had an issue with my center console button that he worked with he parts department to fix as well. On this visit, Marty and the team deserve all 5 stars. This was a better experience than I receive at BMW and Tesla with my other cars.

I called the dealership for over a month about the problem with my car. They answered me several times on the phone, but they never gave me a solution. I had to leave the car on Tuesday until Thursday, and then bring it back on Friday until Monday, but they didn't give me a solution. Both times I picked up the car full of trash and dirt, they didn't bother to return the car clean, just like I returned it to you. In short, terrible customer service from every point of view.

The service person who greeted me was friendly, but overall my experience wasn’t good. I feel the oil change was overpriced, and I expected a tire rotation but didn’t receive one because they said one of my lug nuts was cross-threaded. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a similar issue with this dealership — they previously had to fix a lug nut that was cross-threaded by them. I decided to give them another chance since they’re the closest dealership to me, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them to others.

We had to look around for a vehicle and couldn’t get it so we just decided to order it and Jordan stuck with it the whole time keeping us updated on a very regular basis. He gave us a really great tour of the new vehicle since it’s so brand new compared to a 20 year old Chevy. We recently got a couple accessories and he just walked it right through from the time we got there till the time it was done. They told me it would take 1-5 hrs and I was there for longer than 3 hrs. After leaving the dealership (for an oil change and new tires) by check engine light turned on. It’s almost impossible to get ahold of someone in service. Finally talked to someone, and they said they can put me on a waitlist for a loaner to be able to drop off the car and have a vehicle to move in. I hope the Tahoe doesn’t decide to stop on the middle of the highway on my way to work this week due to an error that occurred after getting it serviced at the dealership.

Jose, my service advisor has gone above and beyond helping me out getting my truck fixed and back to me as quick as possible I’ve had to take it in a couple of times in the last few months one for major repairs and because of that they had to keep it a couple of days,Jose was very good in contacting me on a daily basis, keeping me in the loop, In the past working with other dealers ships, it felt like pulling teeth, trying to get information ,not having my vehicle limits me greatly from doing my job since I do not work in an office every day . So having a service advisor that understands that and keeps his finger on the pulse, making sure my truck this does not sit around, really means a lot to me. I had tried other Chevrolet houses and they wanted me to drop the truck off and they weren’t even gonna touch it for over a week I I asked if they could just give me a day and a time and I’ll drop it off they informed me I had to leave it there before they even would put it on the schedule that meant leaving it there for a week plus whatever time it took them to work on it I came in and talked to Jose, he told me they were a week out I explained my situation thinking it was gonna be the same story like the other dealerships , I use my truck daily going to different job sites . He gave me a date and time to drop it off, and then he pushed it through to get it to me as quickly as possible. I feel that this dealership is kinda old-fashioned they actually care for their customers from the service department the parts to the cashier and everybody in between seems to try to go out of their way to look after their customers, so the next time I purchasing a vehicle I definitely will be going to see them and I’ll be reminding the sales people how great the other departments are in the dealership so they have to treat me right also lol Also, the feeling I get from them if I ever should have a problem, they’re gonna make it right.

I'm not happy about having to pay extra for the tint and spray on bed liner that was already on the truck. list was 33880. then i was told to get the 0 percent from gm i would have to pay more for the truck. my credit score is 828. instead they went through t d auto and i'm paying a 7 percent interest rate. I should have just got up and left. that's on me for not doing so. we have bought 5 chevys in the last 25 years. I think this will be my last one if this is how chevy wants to do their customers i can buy some other brand.

The lady I talked to about warranties was extremely rude. I asked her a question and she immediately transferred me; no heads up, no answer to my question, literally nothing. The man at the front desk of the service department deliberately scheduled my appointment incorrectly. I told him to his face not a certain day and we went on and scheduled me on that day. This dealership uses I guess some company to take their phone calls. Someone from that company scheduled my simple tire patch appointment for 11 AM allegedly knowing they don’t take appointments at that time.

Well understand when the lady Lisa told me a couple of days you know I dropped it off on a Monday and I didn’t pick it up till the following Wednesday so that’s 10 days not a couple of days but understood you know I just think next time the service people need to be a little bit more accurate with the time anyway other than that no issues. Hopefully that issue doesn’t arise again but if it does, I will bring it back.

Dash had “Windshield Washer Fluid Low” alert come on last week a few days after it had been freezing for a few days I couldn’t tell if the wiper fluid reservoir was cracked or if any hoses had been disconnected since I am not a service professional or have the ability to test it as well as your shop could I was told by a service representative that I must’ve used poorly concentrated wiper fluid and it cracked the reservoirs, to bring it in and we could get that reservoir swapped out in an hour or two No one thought to inspect the system first, they just charged me $100 for a new reservoir and $225 labor to install it Hours after I was looking at a filthy rear window so I used the rear wiper and new fluid to clean it. I arrived in my driveway minutes after that and windshield wiper fluid was leaking on my driveway from the rear hose So I went back through my actions last week and realized the dashboard alert did not illuminate after four days of freezing, but only the day I tried to clean my back window So now it is clear the rear hose connection was the issue before I brought it to Bruce Lowrie, but since it was never inspected, y’all were happy to assume it was a cracked reservoir so you charged me over $300 for something that did not need addressing That is theft at worst, terrible QC and operations at best Bad look for any business, Id like to offer a chance to make it right before being publicly vocal about it
